How to Retrieve a Crash Log from Your RemoteUpdated a month ago

To help us investigate and crashes or remote turn off, we’ve added a crash log features to the remote. You can access the log using the steps below:

1. Turn the remote on.

2. On the remote, go to:
   Settings > Firmware Update > Enable Remote Update

3. On your computer, connect to the Wi-Fi network called zerotow-remote.  Just like if you are doing a firmware update. 

4. Once connected, open a browser and go to:
   http://192.168.4.1/backtrace
   

5. Copy the text you see on that page and start an email to [email protected]

6. Next go to:

7. http://192.168.4.1/coredump 

8. This will download a small file called "coredump.elf"

9. Attach this file to the email and send the email to: [email protected]
